We take your privacy seriously. Overlai does not sell your data to third parties. We adhere to all applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Our Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

Overlai is an independent entity and is not affiliated with Meta™, Facebook™, or Instagram™. We are a standalone application aimed at providing unique and enhanced experiences for our users.

**5. Cancellation Policy**

To cancel your Overlai subscription, you must do so at least one month before your next billing cycle. Cancellations made mid-month will result in the immediate termination of access to Overlai. We do not offer refunds for mid-month cancellations.

**6. Changes to Terms**

Overlai reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or within the App. Continued use of the App after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

**7. Termination of Service**

Overlai reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the App at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason deemed necessary by Overlai.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Oregon, United States. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the state of Oregon.
